Statistically it's none of those mentioned. Looking at the park factor (an indication of whether the park favors hitters or pitchers -a score of one is a neutral park while a lower score is a park that favors the pitcher) for 2015 (best to use a whole season) the second best hitters park is Progressive Field in Cleveland. Oriole Park, Fenway Park and Globe Life Park (Arlington) round out the top 5.
Oddly enough Wrigley ranked 14th with a score of .950, indicating that the park slightly favors the pitchers, Citizens Bank Park is 9th with a factor of 1.038.

Soeaking as a life long Cubs fan I am not surprised that Wrigley favors the pitchers. Yes, the wind tends to blow out from about mid June through August, but mostly blows in in April, May, June and September. Seems to me I read a sthat says the wind alctually blows IN more freq out, and it makes perfect sense.

One other little note - having a small outfield won't always make a park a "hitters park".Yes, home runs may be more frequent, but less space also means less ground to cover for outfielders. Shorter fences mean outfielders can cheat in a few steps.

Either Citizens Bank Park in Philly(really small outfield) or Arlington. The third Yankees Stadium has that wind tunnel in right field which is easily the cheapest HR at any park.

Wrigley Field is pretty hitter friendly. only 400' to dead center. not a lot of foul territory down the line in the outfields.

the outfield has no weird wall angles like some ballparks, or the hill like in Astro's ball park.

especially in the warm, summer months, with the Chicago wind, it often blows out of the ball park, helping home runs and fly balls a lot more.

Left field - 355 feet
Left-center - 368 feet
Center field - 400 feet
Right-center - 368 feet
Right field - 353 feet.

I think Coors field is overrated for offense. My contention is the thin air cuts down on movement of the PITCHED ball, making it easier to track. This leads to offense numbers.
