Without fraud, duress, coercion, incapacity, nondisclosure, premarital agreement, postmarital agreement, separation agreement, property settlement agreement, change of circumstances, act of God, a court order to the contrary, defect in the chain of title, or a lien based upon one party's waste of marital assets. Wonder why they didn't just put all of that in? Too long, perhaps?
