weightloss is 80% diet 20% exercise
No refined carbs = sugar.
Only eat food that walks or grows.
Eat nothing from a can a packet, or frozen - - except frozen veggies or fruit. your weight will fall off..
I'm living proof of this...lost 44 kilos.
I was able to lose 30 pounds in a about a month and a half through STRICT dieting. I also worked out as well but that just made me look muscular and gain strength more the lost weight but it sure did help. Working out you can burn about 300 calories which isn't that much but when you lose weight without working out a lot of times you lose strength. If your a female it really doesn't matter all that much but if your a male and want more confidence it's really nice to put on some muscle while losing weight. I can't tell you how many compliments I got in High School once I lost weight AND got muscular. I even had one of my teachers in awe about how big my biceps were which was pretty funny. She wasn't creepy just a really cool and nice teachers and even my brother who hadn't seen me in a while was really surprised and called me muscles. You will get plenty of compliments losing weight but if you work out too it will make it that much better.
Eating healthy is actually more important than exercising to lose weight.....
If you eat less sure, drink detox tea n stuff, working out is better though because you get faster results and get toned more than just reducing your calories
You can if you simply consume less calories every day than you burn. Pretty simple. People make it so complicated, but that one statement sums up how you lose weight.
I recommend continuing your research on health & fitness. More knowledge will be helpful in your weight loss goals. You are right about working out, even though there are numerous benefits to exercise it does little to help you lose weight. Like walking for an hour might only be a couple hundred calories for you, hardly comparable to running for an hour.
Without exercise it will take about 30 weeks to lose 30 pounds by improving your diet. Daily exercise, like running, could cut that in half. So exercise is not nothing, but requires a lot of your time and effort.
One huge drawback for you is you have been trying to lose weight for YEARS. This suggests you can't committe to a healthy lifestyle. You try things, find it boring, then go back to your usual unhealthy foods and sedentary life. It sounds like eating junk food is more important to you then your weight, or health.
You could lose 30-35 pounds without working out but it is so much easier if you do some physical activity: even walking 30 minutes a day will help.
yes because your body all ready burns calories although exercising helps. some people who eat junk all the time lose 10 pounds in a week by just changing there diet and eating less. if i were you i would just talk a 20-30 minute walk in the morning it will help. remember 1 or 2 bad meals wont ruin your diet only giving up will.
You can lose weight like that if you go into a small calory deficit.
However you will lose much more when you do workout.
The study you have seen probably talks about jogging since that is the number 1 popular exercise when it comes to weightloss, even though it doesn't do what it promises.
Other sports are way better for weightloss since it increases metabolism to the point where you lose weight like a person with skinny genes.
Examples are:
Olympic lifting
Track and field
Gymnastics
Strongman
Calisthenics
Powerlifting
Bodybuilding
Insanity
Crossfit
...
Although I wouldn't recommend doing crossfit without being an intermediate olympic lifter and calisthenics athlete because of the lack in knowledge most crossfit trainers have regarding actual trainingprincipals.
Next to that you can do sports like:
Swimming
Jogging
Yoga
Cycling
Martial arts
Woodchopping
Rugby
Football
Tennis
Badminton
...
To aid calories burned
Intermittant fasting also is a great way to lose weight quickly.
Diet and activity. You don't have to go to the gym to work out, but you have to be active. Ride bike, go for walks, work in yard, something active daily and eat as whole as possible.
參考: I am very fit and above is how I stay that way.
Yeah, diets the most important honestly. If that's in check then weight loss will follow if that's your goal.
Cut out all added, artificial, and refined sugar for a least a month! I did it for my own mental health benefit but I also noticed and learned that you could lose a couple of pounds. Continue to do some research
I am vegetarian & even being 44 years at the moment i weight only 52 kg.The key to less weight is CORRECT feeding.Cut out meat, too much energy holding foods & better all unnatural foods too.How do u do it 'cause its a problem not to eat tasty? If u r 100 % sure it IS the right thing to do(read wikipedia for this info)u r destined to win over your own belly demands
Of course, 80% of weight loss depends on diet. If you think about it, it takes you 1h of jogging to burn one ice cream cone.
Exercise has many other health benefits. Start slow, go for long walks and increase the level slowly.
With exercise you will also be more attractive and avoid the "skinny fat" look once you lose the weight.
Yes, you can! The only exercise I do is a short walk to the supermarket twice a week and the rest of the time I sit at my desk at home and work. And I lost weight. I didn't count calories either. I cooked everything from scratch using fresh, natural ingredients (ie nothing from a factory, nothing labelled '97% fat free', or 'lite'). It was sort of a cross between low-carb high-fat, and paleo.
Drinking water everyday helps me and sure it will help you :3 Also eating healthy as well and just some walking 30 mins a day will help you out as well :)
Yes if you stop eating ****. No soda either.
You will lose weight but working out helps, too. Not even just rigorous exercise, walking/running for 30 minutes will help.
Yes just eat healthier, but being a badass might also work.
No it requires 30 hours a week of working out
No, you have to do intense weighted sprinting drills to lose weight. It's the only way that works.
I lost 10 lb since I started drinking Weight Loss Green Store Tea product !! of course you have to be conscious of it and not eat as often if your body tells you youre not hungry. If you keep eating the same amount, whats the point? but you will not feel as hungry and I stand by it
If you lose weight without working out then you will have extra saggy skin by the time you reach ideal body weight.
walk
walk 2 -3 miles a day or go on a long walk at the weekend
you lose more weight walking than running - also it is enjoyable, lifts depression and connects you to your environment
you can eat what you want except crisps and limit cheese
you must take an iron tablet to give you the stamina for long walks
you shall lose weight but working out helps, too... not even just rigorous exercise, walking/running for 30 minutes shall help...
yeah! for a week now i've been drink tons of water with lemon in it and i've cut out all unhealthy foods and only eaten when i'm really hungry and that's been healthy foods like home made veggie soup etc... (i've only eaten 2 things a day but that's all i've needed to keep my stomach from growling) i've done no exercise except 50 squats before i get in the shower just bc i thought it would get me more in shape! i'm 17 and i've lost almost 3kgs in 1 week!! i'm super happy :))
If you seriously want to lose your weight just eat less and work hard as much as you can.
There are two things I would like to note. First is yes you can lose weight on just diet alone. Second I would like to quote Dr. Andrew Weil: Excess exercise tends to be counterbalanced by excess hunger, exemplified by the phrase 'working up an appetite.' A few people with extraordinary willpower can resist such hunger day after day, but for the vast majority, weight loss through exercise is a flawed option.
You have to do some forms of exercise. Its possible but very slow process. At least do some walking
Yes you can I know from my experience, just don't eat much at all because you are not burning a lot of calories unless you are doing a lot of walking. However your body will store fat because you are not moving it happened to me that's why I started working out because I don't want a lot of fat either I did lost 10 pounds in 1 week not working out and not eating much but I did feel really dizzy so if you do that be careful.
Yes it's called not eating though not advised
I went from 148 pounds to 118 pounds by cutting out dairy, eggs, and meat products. You can eat as much food as you want, you don't have to count calories, and you'll still see falling numbers on the scale. It may be a bit hard at first, but I promise it's worth it!
The military diet offers efficient weight loss with results within 3 days, however it is not suggested for long term use as it carries deleterious side effects. On the contrary, exercise plays an integral role in dieting because without it your muscles risk death or something along the lines of that, as there's is a popular saying that goes along the lines of "dieting is 70% diet, 30% working out." Thus, it is clear that dieting wouldn't be exactly successful without working out:)
Not really, I mean maybe you could loose a few pounds by not eating as much calorific foods. But if you want to loose weight faster then I would suggest exercising too. Jogging helps as it burns fat from your whole body rather than just specific areas. If you want good results you have to put in the effort. Depending on how old you are , the younger you are weight seems to burn off you easier & quicker! Start today , also eating healthy makes you feel so good. Try drinking water as often as possible this helps to loose weight. Smoothies are good but please don't put fruit juice such as apple juice or orange juice etc in with your smoothies as then it becomes too high in calories. Also, to help you out there's an app called sugar smart which tells you how many sugar cubes are in a certain food, it's quite shocking!! Orange juice has something like 40-46 sugar cubes per bigger carton.
But anyway best of luck with your weight loss, I'm sure u can do it!!
Obviously working out is apart of losing weight
Just don't eat and you will see a difference.
Why don't you consider working out? it'll help raise your metabolism and your body will look much better. When I was in high school tried those diets where you just don't eat...I lost weight but I didn't look as good as I dd when I worked out. And to tell you the truth...I really don't watch everything I eat...I just make sure I run on that treadmill and take a few classes at the YMCA each week. Working out is actually easier than dieting because you can still eat in moderation and it actually helps spike your metabolism. Stick to fruits and veggies and whole grains of course but you can also still have that slice of pizza or cake from time to time.
Yes! For a week now I've been drink tons of water with lemon in it and I've cut out all unhealthy foods and only eaten when I'm really hungry and that's been healthy foods like home made veggie soup etc.
Of course. But it need time to have a fat-burning diet.
Your plan sounds solid! If you do it right, you will lose the weight. However, working out is good for much more than weight loss, and I think you'll find if you work out a few minutes a day you'll feel better and have a lot more energy. I used to be really out of shape and I suffered from a terribly lethargic feeling until I started getting a small amount of exercise every day.
Yes. First know how to dream and then try to know how to realize like dreams by hook or by crook.

Its possible but pretty tedious
Try the orange mono diet for two weeks to get you started. Caution: the only side effect listed for the orange mono diet (short term) is itchy anus.
Sure that'll work but moving your body really helps:)
Like, I dance for about 35mins at night before bathing lol and I feel like that really burns the cals;)
and its really fun and releases stress:D
Yes. You can; ideally though, you should get some exercise, such as walking more.
Yes you can. But it will much easier if you do some daily intensive aerobic exercise as it will boost your metabolic rate and thus help you lose weight even faster. From personal experience, I think keto diets for losing weight.
here is the best and fastest way to lose weight without any kind of working out .

enjoy watching brother .
no, wrong belief, you only can get muscles
It's unlikely. You'll have to eat super healthy
The answer to your question is a bit more nuanced than what others have described. If strictly speaking about losing body fat, then yes, you certainly can lose weight without the rigors of a hard workout. Like someone else mentioned, fat reduction or increase is strictly a function of calories in versus calories out. As I'm sure you know, if you consume more calories than what you burn, you'll gain, and you will lose weight in the opposite. How quickly you lose or gain weight depends on the disparity between the two numbers. One of the most salient problems most people encounter is that they make the very bad assumption that a poor diet can be rectified through exercise. This may be true for some (eg highly trained athletes), but for the vast majority of humans, we can't exercise long or hard enough to counteract the effects of a calorie dense diet. Weight loss happens in the kitchen, but getting strong happens "in the gym" (or through exercise of any kind). Work on clean eating!
Yeah but exercising tones you up.
To ensure you lose weight without exercise, I would suggest counting your calories. Look up "CICO", or "Calories in, Calories out". Good luck,
Dal
yes
1 walking
2 eating healthy
No
you should do some exercises with proper healthy diet plan
you may also try Pure Garcinia Cambogia form Nutrition Forest for getting soon results
Yes but it will take time what you do is eat to lose weight you dont have to drastically change your diet you should just eat metabolism boosting food like grapefruit green tea kiwi white tea
No working out is the only way you can lose weight, because it's how your body burns calories, it's that simple. The only way to keep it off is by losing thevweight slowly and eating 1500 calories a day.
Indeed exercising doesnt help u lose weight, unless u exercise all day. Eating less helps u lose weight, so if u start cooking at home and eating a truck load of what u cooked u will not lose weight.
