My daughter is scarred after her friends bat mizvah?

Apparently they were throwing food and my daughterthre a cupcake which hit the bar mitzvah girls mom. The mom who isnt a super nice lady screamed at the top of her lungs to "get over here" and then she grabbed her cheeks using her hand and screamed "YOU LIKE GETTING PEOPLE DIRTY? YOU DO?" and she took one of the mini wedding cakes (like a 11" cake) and smeared it on her with everyone watching then made my daughter leave the venue, which is on a very busy commercial suburban street. My daughter never had her phone with her, THANK GOD my neighbor was driving by and gave her a ride. Im just frozen in shock, what do i do? My daughter hasnt gone to summer camp all week and is scarred.
