Why do shy get treated like there something wrong with them if you know what I mean?

I know that not everyone think like that but some people treat shy people like there inferior

A lot of that is in your mind, and people aren't treating shy people as inferior.
Extroverts are usually more aggressive, demanding, and attention-seeking, which is why you notice them getting attention.
You're not inferior. If anything, you are superior.
Just try to be a little more aggressive, in a nice way. You deserve attention.
