i'm at my ends tether with this-i havnt slept properly in 3 weeks and i originally went to the GP with this problem. She prescribed citalopram for anxiety and my sleep hasnt improved at all, been on it for nearly two weeks. I also have sleeping pills but trying to stay off them as i just want to get into a natural cycle. I don't know what to do, can't function in the day. Im thinking of switching to taking the meds at night? Any suggestions? Help would be great
