What should I buy with $400?

If there is anything you want to save up for, or something you've had your eye on, I would definitely go with that. Otherwise I would spend it on little smaller things.(I, like you, am basic. If I were you I would spend it on a lip kit or a nail one, some new nail polishes or buy some Starbucks) If you want put it in your bank account and get a credit card(if you don't already have one). I bought my 1st car cost $900, my 1st fur coat $400, and my 1st camera before age 21.

If I was 15 and had $400, I'd save 3/4th, and spend the rest for whatever I needed @ the moment. Because, a week from now? What i need & want won't be the same.

well here's a better idea, your gonna be going back to school soon so why not help out your parents and buy your own school supplies and clothes

If photography is a passion save more until you can buy a really good camera

Spend it on something that you will use for a long time, so a good pair of shoes or a nice camera

Maybe get a new haircut or a whole big make-up set! Or if mom approves, maybe some heels?

Look at this way:
If you're really good at photography, you could make it a side job later on. Maybe people pay to have their pictures taken, and you could do your own to make money to buy makeup and clothes and stuff later on.
