I feel like I'm getting stronger but I'm not sure if I'm getting results at the gym.?
So im 15 5'9-5'10 and 130 pounds. I have been working out 4-6 days per week for the last month and a half. Although I feel like I'm getting stronger I'm not sure if I'm getting results. I always mix up my workouts so I'm not doing the same body part or exercise all the time. I was just wondering when I would see results of me getting stronger. Like when will i see myself be lifting more weight then i used to.
