You may not have work experience but you do have experience. You have dealt with difficult people before. You have had to serve others at different times in your life. You have resolved problems too. Not in a work environment, but you have done it. So stop thinking you have to answer their questions in a work environment. Explain the alternative situation you were in and how you handled it. The interviewer will make the connection, and commend you on your creativity in how you answered the question. For example, "how would you deal with an dissatisfied customer?" Well when I was taking care of my little brother one day, he got really angry at me for no apparent reason and started screaming at me. I got him to calm down and tell me exactly what the problem was. As it turned out I was sitting on his favorite stuffed animal. No wonder he was so mad, I would be too if I was him, and I told him so. I got the animal out of my chair, fluffed it up, handed it to him and apologized. It turned out that is all he wanted and he walked away a happy kid. But you should know why this is a good story. It shows you can take responsibility for yourself (and or the company), show empathy and develop rapport, and seek resolution independently. I hope this helps.
