replenish 只存在 及物動詞的型態.
但是 在上下文意明顯的時候 你要怎說都是可以的.
for example:

1. we are running out of office supplies. You need to replenish (the office supply) ASAP.
2. US oil reserve is quite low right now. We need to replenish (the oil reserve) ASAP.

文法跟詞性上replenish必須附上object才成立的。

就算如上回答在句前已指明所欠缺或減少的是甚麼，後句需要添加的句子還是須要object才算是正規句子：

You need to replenish "them" ASAP.

當然日常口頭指示或給同事寫張提示便條便當然可以簡寫：
Please replenish (after use).之類的句式。
