口語裡，there置於名詞或代名詞之後，常用以強調（在）那邊的：Stop! You there! ＝喂！那邊的（你），停下來！
That man there is my brother. =在那邊的那個人是我哥哥（弟弟）。

"there" is an adverb .In oral conversation you can omit it due to redundancy to the same similar hotel.
