Yes, many times when I was in college, not so often now. Your brain sort of floats around, you lose control of your body. A lot of the restraints go down the tubes. But when you wake up the next morning you're sick as a dog and feel like someone hit you over the head with a baseball bat.

On my 21st birthday, I was mildly tipsy after two beers. I was laughing like an idiot at everything, and the loss of control scared the hell out of me. I knew I would never drink alcohol again because of that.

There is a euphoria combine with a dullness of your senses. The first sense that dulls is your hearing which is why parties get louder. Then you lose your sense of balance.

I believe it differs from person to person. When I was, it felt kinda good, but still dizzy too. After I woke up next morning, I had severe headache.
