Does this girl like me?

So shes been my friend for a year now , and also she knows that i have a crush on her. I always want to ask her to have a date with me but some rumors says that she also have many crushes and doesnt really have a serious relationship and even there are many boys want to date her , she always reject. Im afraid if I ask her she might dump me too. Now why i think she likes me that is because we are always together, she doesnt complain when i pinch her cheeks, hold her, play with her hair and sometimes I lay my arms in her shoulders. And she knows i have a crush on her. She also doesnt complain when i look at her so long. She just looks at me and when she caught me looking at her , she turn away her look but looks again. I always make her laugh. I asked her once if shes getting creeped out of me doing all of this but she said she is not. Sorry for my english. Whats your opinion?
