What to wear on a date?

I'm taking a girl to the county fair and concert for our first date. I was wondering if it would be fine if I wore my rock and roll shirt (good condition) with shorts or should I dress up a little bit? It'll be like 95 degrees all day and I just want to be comfortable instead of sweating my *** off.

For the county fair, go for comfort.

You can't say *** in here, just so you know. You also can't say ****, ****, *****, or ******** or son of a ***** with a **** that smells like dead **** shoved up a **** until the handle breaks off. If you do, it all comes out as little stars that nobody can read. You can blame Yahoo and their ****ing American uptight bible-thumping censorship for that. Anyway...

On a first date, second date or any date, you want to dress sharp and dress for the occasion. If you wear a tuxedo to a county fair, you'll look like an overdressed idiot. If you wear flip-flops and shorts to a formal dinner, you'll look like a total slob. And if you wear a bicycle helmet inside any building, you'll look like you're retarded. Always dress for the occasion, nothing more and nothing less.

But whatever the occasion, dress sharp and dress clean. No grease stains, no moth holes, definitely no lipstick marks, no ripped anything (unless you're going to a punk or metal concert or club), no yesterday's smelly socks, no skid marks on your undies, and no frayed collars. Ever.

Shower up (with soap) before the date, shave unless you have well established facial hair, use deodorant properly, and be sure to brush those fangs real good. Girls want a guy who at least tries to put his best foot forward, so make the effort. Even if you don't wear your very best shoes, at least bring your very best feet.
