Is the EU's policy of Freedom of Movement discriminatory (racist) against non-EU citizens?

From what I understand, somebody from India, the USA, Africa or anywhere else outside of the EU wishing to move to Britain faces various restrictions and a points-based system, while those from within the EU (at least for the moment, with the UK under current EU rules) can come and stay regardless. There have been restrictions on benefits but I am assuming these apply to non-EU migrants also. Is this system, then, one which prioritizes the rights of European migrants to enter or settle in Britain over the rights of those from further afield?

It is zero to do with race, it is about countries who make agreements with each other to allow their citizens/nationals to live/work in another country without any restrictions and via versa......... so a French national regardless of the colour of their skin can live/work in Spain, a Spaniard regardless of the colour of their skin, or education level, or work experience can go and live/work in Germany

No, it is not. Just as an individual country's immigration policy is not discriminatory.

Sure

Just as it's racist that the US doesn't let Mexicans live there without a visa.
