業主收樓是否可以不通知租客,收樓需要的時間大概多久?

我以家租住村屋2樓連天台,租約寫明可養狗的,但樓下經常性投訴我們關門大聲及天台有臭味,但我們已經每天清潔保證無味,也有可能是附近養狗的狗味,而且關門盡量細聲,現時還在死約期,但業主咬定是我們的錯而且經常性威脅我們因為我們關門大聲他可以隨時收樓,其實收樓程序係點?業主要收樓是否不用通知租客?

a. The landlord must notice the tenants regarding the breach of the agreement (usually in writing as the Tribunal will need to see that as evidence) and provide time to redress the issue.

b. The tenant failed to redress.

c. The landlord file a repossession case at the Land Tribunal.

2. No. Failure to proper notice the tenant usually results in failure in repossession.
