How can I get a pet crow in Canada?

I live in Canada, and I am wondering if we can own pet crows?? If so, where can I get one? Thank you.

Sadly the migratory bird act revisions in 1970 forbid the captive keeping of any corvids.
Years back, I had a pet magpie, and would loved to have a raven, but that would be illegal in north America now.
You would need reason and a federal permit to keep a crow.
