Get voice audio and turn down other things in a video so you can just hear voice?

So recently i have been recording clips and my friends voice was so low and i was wondering if you can possibly turn down the other audio in the clip and keep the voice and or turn it up

Not in any practical sense.
Some very expensive software and a lot of time would be needed.
This is why you should use a camcorder that has a headphone jack
and always use enclosed headphones to monitor the sound while recording.
