My father had been working all day yesterday. 請問能改has been或者是had worked嗎?

My father had been working all day yesterday.
意思上似乎是要表達「我爸昨天"全日"不斷地"工作」，通常用上這種過去完成進行時態的話，應該還有下一句相關表達他在這段"過去"時期的事情要交代。

否則，假如只是表示「我爸作天有返工一天。」則只需要寫成
My father worked all day yesterday.

has been working 和 had worked 都不對。
因為
has been working...含意是要表達仍一直在"做"，因為時間性上跟句子內容'yesterday的all day'(只是昨天一天)不能協調，除非寫法上改為My father has been working since yesterday.「由昨天起不停工作至今」句子才能成立。
had worked則是無必要和不合理的"過去完成時態被動式"，「我爸昨天被工作了一天」除非他是被俘虜或被勞改，否則正常理解這樣的文法會"錯誤說明"你爸的"工作"。

The present perfect continuous tense is used here,hence:-
eg:-My father( has been )working for all day yesterday.
Past perfect is not okay:-eg:-had worked, had had, had, -------
