how can i stop hating my mother?

so my mum and i have never gotten along. i really dislike her for a number of reasons when i was 12 i told police about a sexual abuse from a family friend that was happening in my life and when my mum found out she called me a s*ut and said i shouldnt have said anything because ive ruined the family and said i probs paid him for attention and kicked me out and for 3 months i was living at a mates house when i came home she didnt talk to me and she looks at me like she hates me. she caught me hanging around friends she doesnt like and said i want to effen kill u and put her hands around my neck she has slapped me and pushed me multiple times and doesnt let me hang around most my friends and talks crap about them to me i really hate her and i dont know what to do please help
