How to eat the most at an all you can eat buffet?

If you drink a glass of wine it increases your appetite and avoid water as will make you feel full

The most I ever ate was and still is at a buffet held at a college after the first day of the bike ride TOMRV. I haven't done those days super fast, but 7 hours of climbing hills will make you want to eat the whole buffet. I go back in line around 6 times, each time with 2 plates. The cost for entry, $12.

Bad plan! Exercise can dull your appetite and if you are too hungry, you'll fill up too fast!

Skip the exercise and have a small lunch and small snack in the afternoon.

Make sure to get more healthier options while you are there. Also when you are done at Golden Corral try exercising a bit to burn off fat.
