English tense problem?

現在是晚上，我朋友問我"Have you had a bath?" ，我剛剛沖完涼，我答佢"I have just had a bath." ，想問問我咁樣答佢有無問題。

The perfect is the form of a verb which shows a period of time up to and including the present, formed with "have" and the past participle to form present perfect tense:-eg:-have had;
eg:-I have had a bath.
eg:-I have had a bath.
