我是公務員，部門要我開醫生bord我己簽了第365條召開醫事委員會同意書，又另一封第1282條召開醫事委員會，要我簽同意書。請問我可以唔簽同意書嗎？唔簽有無問題呢！?

Nevertheless, the committee under Section 365 and/or 1282 practically works the same way. The only difference is the committee under Section 365 is initiated by you and the committee under Section 1282 is initiated by the Department.
