My boyfriend driving 15 hours to see me?

my bf is going to drive 15 hours to come see me and stuff. I move to Delaware he lives in New York its will be a 4 hours . But we had plans this weekend and that I have to go back home to Alabama because some family issue. And plus my birthday next week and I was going to home for my birthday .But I'm coming back for some family issue. I explain to him what's was going on he understand and stuff. He was like I drive to see you for your bday and I was like NO! that's a long drive. Should I let him do i don't want to feel badd for letting him do that I will be In Alabama probably for a month or so... HELP ME! You will have to love and like somebody to do that.
