I have a 2.7 gpa and a 3.1 weighed gpa im a junior and i want to go to a good university what are my options?

If you do well on your SAT/ACT, you can probably find a college that will take you. It won't be Ivy League. Some public state school, or local school.

Or you could do a couple semesters at community college. Then if your grades are better you can transfer to a university.

You are going to have to seriously crack the books, study hard & boost your grades - preferably to straight-As - for the next 2 years (assuming you are starting your junior year) to boost your GPA enough to have a chance of qualifying for admission to any of the better schools. In addition to earning high scores on SAT/ACT - above 80th percentile, preferably at least 90th percentile.
