why is Philippines land real estate over priced .Philippines sqm about 60 usd compared to america sqm at 7.60 usd.and i have roads,sewer....?

Land in the US is valued on location and what can be done on it, just like anywhere. Where does this $7.60 come from? Land where there are no people is a fraction of nice neighborhood in a city.
