有關租者有其屋刪除戶籍後,日後仍可將於該單位加為業主?

其實個單位係我父母的,他們打算日後留待我將來居住。
但由於我先生現正輪候公屋,並希望加我同bb名,
但收到房署通知必須於娘家單位取消後才可加入先生輪侯中。
問題係我娘家取消戶籍後,日後我父母能夠將其屋的業權改為我嗎?

Not necessary.

You can definitely inherit the property when your parents have passed away. Before that, it will be difficult.

The complication is when you are waiting for public housing, your income/assets must not exceed certain level. Once you have exceeded when it is your turn, your eligibility will be cancelled.
