That really depends on where you are (in Canada or elsewhere) that you plan to take such a course.

If you are in Canada already, it makes no sense to suggest a class in Montreal if you are living in Calgary. Just look up in the Yellow Pages for "French Language Courses" for a school near you that offers intensive language training.

And if you are not currently a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, then you need to consider getting the proper student visas and permissions to come to Canada to study. In that case, consider the Canadian Immigration website.
