How can I block Spam Mails in Yahoo ? More/block does nothing. Tired of ads about women, MILF ? Tired of deleting them daily !?

There is no way to filter, block or stop spam once it starts. Ignore and delete it and never respond to any of it, or try to unsubscribe. Doing that will only confirm to a spammer that they have reached a 'live' email address, and you will start to receive even more of it: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN3227.html

Yahoo's so called blocking and spam filtering is a pathetic joke. Nothing will end up getting blocked or filtered. Good luck!

Block under more just moves to spam. If already in spam then is does nothing. Many have indicated that in the long run it doesn't work.

To actually block (not receive) email you must use the banned address list.
Hover over the far right gear icon ⚙ in Yahoo mail and then click "settings".
Then click "Banned Addresses" in left column.

It is not worth the trouble to stop any mail already in the spam folder. It is hopeless.
