Where can you buy a jar ANT honey?

Ant honey is hard to come by because ants produce so little of it and hard to harvest.
Really, there is little difference in bee honey, other than various types from the source pollen.
What little honey ants or wasps produce just feeds their young and not practical to harvest.
You might be able to find small samples or specimens in scientific product outlets.

Ants don't make honey, except for a couple of tropical species that grow it inside themselves, and the others feed from them. Why would you want that?
