Mike is correct, these are not "equations". However, I think we can assume you mean "simplify" the expressions, so I'll attempt # 2.
(x^2 + 9x + 18) / x + 6 =
(x^2 + 3x + 6x + 18) / x + 6 =
(x(x + 3) + 6 ( x + 3) ) / x + 6 =
(( x + 6) ( x + 3)) / x + 6 =
(x + 3) / 1 =======> x + 3
(x^2 + 9x + 18) / x + 6 =
(x^2 + 3x + 6x + 18) / x + 6 =
(x(x + 3) + 6 ( x + 3) ) / x + 6 =
(( x + 6) ( x + 3)) / x + 6 =
(x + 3) / 1 =======> x + 3
