addicted to plucking my pubic hair?

hey im 22 now and this started about 3-4 years ago,basicaly i dont pluck them with a tweeser or fingers,(or maby i should try the tweezer never tried it yet) i basicaly grow my finger nails long (not especialy for plucking my pubes) then id break a small cut in my finger nail,one finger nail,i dont break it completly off,i just break a peaice of it,so it still attached to the rest of the nail,...then i twirl around my pubic hair until alot of it gets stuck or caught in the broken naiul then i rip it off,it relaxes me soo much,just the twirling action,and then the ripping gives a uephoric type of plesure/ pain,i just love to rip out of pubic hair what do i do?
