Why was Brexit voted not in Eu ? What will happen next?

It would help if the question made sense.

they leave, they don't have to accept all the immigrants, they set their own product laws, etc. etc. The younger folks will no longer be able to move around the EU and get jobs

The Britains will have to decide what happens next. It was THEIR popular vote, so the EU has exactly no say in that matter.

The proposal was if the UK wanted to leave the EU -- not if the EU wanted the UK to leave.

So why would the EU vote on something that was none of their business?

Britain voted to Leave the EU for many reasons.
The EU is an anti-democratic failure.
What will happen next ? ... we will get a new government in a few months.
Then I would be able to answer this question.
