When I made an anonymous complaint ANONYMOUSLY at my job my boss found out and then went around to find out who it was?

Isn't that invasion of privacy law she is breaking? Because if I make a complaint about the manager I can't go TO the manager about it. Obviously.
更新1:

Because the more I watch the TV show the Office the more I am realising my rights as an employee and that her going around asking people about the anonymous complaint was actually against the law.

It just shows you can't trust """anonymously?""

She is breaking an invasion of privacy law since the complaint is supposed to be anonymous.

What do you think management is going to do with an "anonymous complaint anonymously?" Absolutely nothing. The next time you file a complaint, at least have the guts to sign it.

No violation of the law.

A tv show is the worst possible place to try to learn about actual laws. They lie and if you learned about a "Privacy law" on there, it's a good bet it's false (there is no law protecting you here).
