No he's not. But he should have no respect for a little tramp like you. I know it maybe a foriegn concept to your ho self but some people do know how to restrain themselves and not f*ck the first piece of trash they come across. Not every guy is interested in having sex with every girl they see. Get over it. Maybe he just doesn't like having one night stands or having sex before getting to know the person. Like i said, get over it.
