You can't. You're going to pretty much be tired all day or until you sleep.
An hours nap can work wonders .
You can't, in any way other than napping for an hour or so.
Caffeine helps. 5 hour energy drinks work better than coffee.

If you have the time just lay down and rest. Don't play on your phone or watch tv. Just lay down, close your eyes and quiet your mind. Even if you don't end up falling asleep you'll still feel rested.
