How can I impress people at my new job?

I'm 17 and I just got hired for a fast food job (at Zaxbys). I haven't worked in over two years though! My last job was at McDonald's. I only worked there for 5 months, and I never felt l truly understood what I was doing. I was pretty young though (14), so they would only give me like 10 hours a week.
For this new job, I WANT TO DO A GOOD JOB. I want to make my employer glad he hired me! I get a little anxious with things like this though, so how can I make sure I do everything accurately and efficiently? I would appreciate some advice. Thanks :)

First and foremost~~ work every shift you are given, no calling in saying you need a shift covered, always be on time and don't start asking for time off, especially for weekends. Those things will immediately put you on everyone's hate list, as they are the most annoying things a new person can do. Other than that, just learn to the best of your ability, do as your told, and if there are things you are not sure of, or do not understand, then ask for clarification. There is nothing more annoying than someone doing something wrong because they are too stubborn to ask how to do it right.
