They harass him with the fireworks when we want to take him out for a walk they harassed him so badly so he cant go for a walk all my dog does is pace and pace
My neighbors keep harassing my dog with fireworks what can I do I tried getting along with them but they do it anyway?

Why in the world would any sane person be doing this? Other than some strange kind of mischief. If you have talked to them about all this and they are still letting fireworks off (which I assume is going on), I think you need to talk to your local police. Just to ask whether your dog are upsetting them for some reason??

If they aren't responding to you talking with them and if the fireworks are causeing injury to the dog, simply call the cops

Nothing, if fireworks are legal in your area, they can do whatever they want as long as it's contained on their property.
If it's illegal, then report them to the authorities, but if your police are anything like the ones around here don't be surprised if they tell you "but it's the Fourth of July" and do nothing.
If they're trespassing onto your property gather evidence in the form of videos/photos, date/time stamped, witnesses willing to come forward with the same evidence and produce it to the authorities.

Don't start something with them. If it won't work in the few times you may ask, call someone of authority above them. I am definitely confused as to why this man would do it to a dog since dogs have such sensitive hearing..
