How do I tell my mom to let me wear a bra without it being awkward?

Okay so basically, I'm soon going into 8th grade. One of my electives I chose was a fitness class. We have to change in the locker room everyday there. I had P.E & fitness for 6th/7th grade, and EVERY SINGLE GIRL wore a bra. I didn't, in 6th grade. I bought two in 7th grade because I started growing "you know what". But I only have those 2 and they're getting tight, I can't keep wearing those two. She's mentioned like that I need to get some soon while we were around that section, but she's never like "hey, let's get you one right now" or something. She's also working ALOT 24/7 now, so when she comes home she's tired. I don't wanna go up to her randomly after she comes home from work, and be like "hey mom, let's go bra shopping?" Lol, awkwarddd. Like I said, in a month when I return back to school, I have a fitness class so I'm going to have to change in the locker room a lot now. I also play sports, so yeah I'd need like sport bras. I JUST DONT WANT IT TO BE AWKWARD, thanks.

You're over thinking right now. It's a piece of clothing. Just tell her that you need a new bra because your old ones are getting too small. She's not going to say no, but you might have to wait a little. Your mom knows that a bra isn't something you won't use, she's grown up her whole life with them. It's not awkward to ask if you just say it.

You do need to tell mom you need new bras, just ask
