If I threaten hard enough to customer loyalty I'm going to leave ComCOST, even at the end of 1 year promotional terms, I usually get another to keep me a loyal customer. Sometimes better content, sometimes less. I have to make it work for my poor-granny budget. It fluctuates with what bundles they offer, but whatever speed and channel line up it is, it's always about twenty dollars less than the regular rate most pay for without a second thought. I have been keeping it affordable. Xmas time is the best for deals, so I go through the bargaining process around then every year. I found that just 25 Mps performance level and basic channels is just as good (for me) as the cable TV channel line up and high speed 150 crap they shove at us in bundle packages over $120 per month. I don't even like the useless and unwanted channels. I now only pay $65(ish) and am quite happy with the speed, (seems the same as the 150,) and I am fine with local channels, Streampix, Music channels, On Demand, HBO and Discovery. Even though I can get over the air-wave free TV, I do not have a long distance plan or cell phone, so I depend on my internet and email access for communication as well.
