Lenovo ideapad 300 doesn't open?

My laptop started lagging when I was browsing through stuff so I decided to restart it.
When I selected restart from the start menu, it didn't react so I triedto do it again.
When it didn't do anything again, I long pressed the start button which should have put it to sleep mode.
But when I was trying to turn it back on, it just won't respond.
The light indicators are both on.

I would have removed the battery but I don't kow how because there isn't a latch near the battery.

Please help.
