There is an app called Find My iPhone, but you need to have it on the phone that's missing. If you do, download it on another phone and log into your Apple ID. The app will locate your phone and play a very loud sound, even if it's turned off. You could also turn it into Lost Mode, so that someone who finds your phone will know that it's lost.
