Are these bad signs or am I paranoid?

I met this girl, we had sex and we've hung out a couple of times. Im starting to like her and I told her just dont lead me on if you're not gonna take me seriously cause I'm starting to really like you. She said okay, but she doesn't return my feelings sometimes or gives me mixed signals. She says I'm too lovey dovey, doesn't say miss you back when i say it, she tells me she doesn't trust anyone, not even friends. I ask question on text or snapchat and she doesn't answer them and responses dancing around these questions, they're simple questions too. I dunno, I like her and I dunno if she likes me back or just using me.
