I m 15 and my penis is now at 8 inches. Would it be considered "too big"?

I asked the same question here a while back but asking again because I think it s reached it s peak and finished growing. I m not sure of this because when it was 7 literally 3 months ago. People told me it would stop growing, but hasn t, being that it s grown another inch. Thanks :)
