Should marijuana be legal?
Under what conditions? Why do you say this?

I think it should be fine for medical use because it would help people get through or get rid of a disease or something. I'm no doctor, but if something can help a sick person get better, I'm all for it.
As for recreational use, I'm neutral.
In many ways marijuana is less dangerous than alcohol but it is exceptionally intoxicating.
You can drink alcohol at healthy levels without getting intoxicated. If that drug (alcohol) is abused you can be given a blood test that will stand up in court. There is no such test for marijuana.
If legalized (and I've no objection to legalizing it) we must First create a means for positively identifying legal marijuana intoxication that can stand up in court if any resulting problems occur from improper use.
Proper use for medical purposes should be legal Now. In that regard Marijuana is likely safer than many prescription drugs.
Should be legal. The money and violence over this illegal contraband far outweigh any ill effects.
No. We have more than enough trouble with booze, we do not need another legal drug.
YES and so should cocaine. Both need to be treated like alcohol & cigarettes.
