Throwing up after taking Alesse birth control ?

I threw up from drinking too much at around 4 am but I took my pill at 7 pm. It was approx a 9 hour time frame but I'm worried. Is it okay did it absorb all the way?

It would be absorbed within the first hour.

I would think it absorbed all the way by then. If you are worried, you can always use a back up birth control like condoms.
