Im 16 and I know it's normal for couples to have sex but like it annoys the crap outta me cause my room is exactly right next to me and I hear them talking and laughing sometimes but mainly them HAVING SEX. It's definitely not the first time but this time I want to throw a brick through their freaking door! It's freaking 6:30 in the morning and they woke me up at 5:30 it's literally been an hour and I sent my mom a text. Stating "Please keep in mind these walls aren't sound proof and your room is next to mine" honestly I get really mad when I hear them like super mad I feel like yelling.

Just ask them politely not to have such loud sex when you're awake in your room. You could say it embarrasses you.
You could suggest some furniture re-arrangement in both rooms to see if that minimises the sound.
You don't say what sort of time you have to be awake, but maybe if that's their preferred time for sex maybe you could arrange to get up then & do things like homework in another room so you're not disturbed.
The embarrassment & the sensitivity line is a good one to take if you get no consideration from them. If you really want them to stop or be quieter so you don't hear & they don't consider your feelings you could try asking a trusted teacher at school to phone your parents on your behalf. This could be better because it would mean other trusted responsible adults are involved, & your parents will have to consider how they feel about their activities being known outside the privacy & secrecy of their own home.

Use your ear buds and listen to music. At least your parents aren't drug addicts who argue, abuse you and each other, and they aren't always drunk.
