When will galaxy s5 receive marshmallow on at&t network?

That's what I hate about Android phones. You have to wait until the phone manufacturer gets around to releasing his version, which can be months later. With Apple iPhones, you can install new versions of iOS on the same day they are announced, and updates come frequently.

AT&T is the slowest to upgrade their phones. Verizon is on Android 6.01 with the S5, they pushed out Marshmallow almost a month ago.

If you luck only when it is sure it will not run worse than it did with Kit Kat or Lollipop so you don't get a glichy mess of something not designed to run a newer OS. Yes, still bitter about what Lollipop update did to my Nexus 7 tablet.
