(10,000 · 70 + 350·100)/10,350 = 71,01 degrees

Let T°F be the resulting temperature.

Heat change per gallon per °F = c J

Heat gain of the 10,000 gallons at 70°F = Heat loss of the 350 gallons at 100°F
10,000 × c × (T - 70) = 350 × c × (100 - T)
10,000 × (T - 70) = 350 × (100 - T)
10,000T - 700,000 = 35,000 - 350T
10,350T = 735,000
T = 71

The resulting temperature = 71°F
