It is important to find what works best for you when dealing with stress. For example, some people utilize exercise, talking with friends/family, journaling, baking, listening to music or watching a movie, etc. Depending on the severity of the stress some individuals may need to talk with their Doctor or seek help from a Mental Health Professional, such as a Psychologist, who can help them better deal with whatever it is that is causing the stress.

Shut off your computer and hide cell phone.
Go outside and enjoy real life with real people.
Exercise or outdoor activities help better then medication.

Sleep well, eat well and have some entertainment like watching TV shows(comedy), anime(comedy, adventure), and often go out of home to have some fresh air!

Watch a good movie
Call a few friends
Bake something
Take a nice bubble bath
Listen to relaxing music

Breath deep and say "I am relaxed" do this until you become relaxed.
-It's a way of tricking your brain that you are relaxed.

Whenever you experience a high level of stress, you can turn it into a lower level of stress by learning how to relax each time.
